Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before making a payment. Completing the payment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the following terms.
1 Payment Policy
- Payment must be made in full before work begins each month.
- Work will only commence after successful payment confirmation.
- You will be contacted within 24 working hours of payment.
- Monthly renewal is manual — you must pay each month to continue.
2 Refund Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is completed.
- This applies even if work has not yet started after payment.
- Please ensure you fully understand the scope before purchasing.
- For any concerns, contact us before purchasing — not after.
3 Working Hours
- Standard: 2 hours/day, Monday to Friday only.
- Saturday and Sunday are not included in the base plan.
- Unused hours on any given day will not be carried forward (Terms and conditions applied - Discussion may apply here)
- If you are unavailable on a day, those hours are forfeited — rescheduling is not possible.
4 Weekend Work (Optional Add-On)
- Weekend work is available on advance request only.
- Weekend rate: ₹2 per minute.
- Must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Weekend charges are separate and must be paid before the session begins.
- Weekend availability is not guaranteed — subject to my schedule.
5 Time Tracking
- All work hours are tracked using Toggl Track software.
- You will be added as a member to the Toggl workspace at no cost to you.
- You can verify your tracked time at any point during the month.
- Toggl data is the official and final record of hours worked.
- All hour disputes will be resolved based solely on Toggl records.
6 Scope of Work
- Scope is limited to WordPress development, site management, 1-on-1 guidance, and collaborative project work.
- Paid advertising, content writing, graphic design, and hosting management are not included.
- Work outside defined scope will be quoted separately before execution.
7 Communication
- Primary channels: WhatsApp and call only.
- Response time during working hours: within 2–4 hours.
- Video Calls and meetings require advance scheduling.
- Communication outside Mon–Fri working hours is not guaranteed.
8 Cancellation
- Cancel anytime by simply not renewing the next month's payment.
- No cancellation form or prior notice required.
- No refund for the current active month if you cancel mid-month.
- Service ends automatically when the paid month expires.
9 Coupon Code — SAVE450
- Provides ₹450 off the base price of ₹2000 (final: ₹1,550).
- Valid on first 3 months purchase only — three use per user.
- Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
- Non-transferable. Cannot be shared with others.
10 Dispute Resolution
